NYX is the first solo album in Danish by songwriter Esben Hansen. It is an album written and produced in Rome and Athens with lyrics that are free interpretations of ancient writers such as Sappho, Sulpicia and Anakreon. The album consists of acoustic guitars, keys, vocals and field recordings from central historic and modern spaces in Rome and Athens.
